Goddess Lakshmi is considered to be the one who started the practice of worshiping the Amla tree and eating food under this tree. There is a story in this context that once Mother Lakshmi came to visit the earth. On the way, there was a desire to worship Lord Vishnu and Shiva together.

Lakshmi Maa thought that how can Vishnu and Shiva be worshiped together, only then she think that it is found that Tulsi is dear to Lord Vishnu and Bel Shiva's. Amla tree has the qualities of both Tulsi and Bel is | Considering the gooseberry tree as a symbol of Vishnu and Shiva, Goddess Lakshmi worshiped the gooseberry tree.

Pleased with the worship, Vishnu and Shiva appeared. The mother prepared food under the gooseberry tree and fed it to Vishnu and Lord Shiva, after which she herself ate food. Kartik Shukla Navami Tithi was the day the incident took place. This tradition is going on since this date.

Sitting under the gooseberry tree and eating food, if possible, must be eaten.

Story of Amala Navami

In ancient times there was an Avalia king. He used to donate one gold gooseberry every day and only after that he used to eat. Once his daughter-in-law and son started thinking that if he keeps on donating like this every day, then one day all the money will be exhausted. One day he told the king that you stop donating gooseberry or else all the money will be lost.

Hearing this, the king and queen left the palace and came to a place and in the event of not donating amla, both of them did not eat. This God started thinking that if we do not respect it, then how will anyone in the world accept us. God told the king in a dream that you get up and see that your kitchen has become like before and a gooseberry tree has also been planted, by donating you eat food. When the king got up and saw, the palace became like before and a golden gooseberry tree has also been planted. Seeing this, both the king and queen took a quarter of a mind of gold mangoes, plucked them, donated them, and they ate food.

On the other hand Annapurna became envious of the king's son Vaibhav. Seeing this, the people of the sky told them that there is an Avalia king in the forest nearby, go to them. I'll take away your troubles. The sons came to the king and the queen recognized them both. The queen told the king that we will take work from them, but we will reduce the work but will give more wages.

One day the queen said to many that if she is with me, she started washing her head and tears came out of her eyes and fell on the queen's back. The queen said that why did your tears fall on my back? Tell me the reason

The daughter-in-law said that I have the same intention on the back of my ruler as it is on your back. We used to donate gold gooseberry every day, which we drove the mother-in-law out of the house.

Seeing the daughter-in-law's tears, the queen said that we are your father-in-law. God took us by the side and gave us everything again.

Because of which we are donating like a king, as soon as you listen to all of you, the third story
